Fiona- Office Assistant

Fiona provides crucial support in her role as Office Assistant. She came to Ideal Self Therapy in 2024 and is proud to be our very first member of staff. Her last position was at Catopia Cat Cafe in Albuquerque, where she worked alongside many other cats and people but realized she was better suited to do her best work in a smaller office like Ideal Self Therapy. Fiona was hired for an admin position, but her most valuable skills are promoting employee wellness with her beautiful songs, extra-fast zoomies, and gentle cuddles. You may notice her in my background taking extended breaks or even naps during your telehealth sessions, but please know that this is an approved part of her contract benefits. She is trying her best to learn typing and taking messages over the phone, but to be honest she more than earns her keep by making me laugh every day, so we are currently in negotiations to create a new job title for her to better reflect her contributions to the practice.
